Icy Hot or BioFreeze
Has anyone used icy hot or biofreeze? I am 21 weeks and my shoulder is killing me...was wondering if it's okay?

I just heard back from my doctor and she said that biofreeze was safe to use ;) Thanks ladies!
My doctor said the ingredient in bio freeze was safe.
I always say check with dr before using any type of chemical based application to the skin. I had to change some of my face products I used before being pregnant. Try a heat pack/pad they work wonders. In my 3rd pregnancy and I always get hip pain. I found stretching or some yoga poses helps a lot.
