Idk what to do !!!

So I'm at 28 weeks and the itching is getting worse .I have been to the er twice I'm 3 days. My bile acids came back negative but I've heard sometimes it can take weeks to show up in your blood work. I don't have anything else they have checked me for. So wouldn't it have to be icp. Maybe it jus isn't showing up its been 7 days non stop itching I've tried oatmeal bath , cortisone cream, anti fungus cream , benadryl cream even gave me benadryl in a iv at the hospital and something else to forgot what it was called.anyone think it could be icp ? Please help.

What are the meds they give for it? And the only test they did so far is the bile salt and it was negative but it has to be icp because thrs nothing else it could be says the other 2 drs from the er. They should go ahead and treat me for it as per caution until it shows. I have a Ob dr appointment tomorrow if they don't do something I'll go to a different Ob .I can't take this staying up all night itching my skin off and taking so much benadryl because what I consume so does my baby and it can't be good for her to have so much medicine like that.

My itching started around 26/27 weeks and would keep me up at night, didn't give it much thought until I had enough of hours of scratching and not sleeping. I googled and icp came up, he said doctors don't like patients googling but in this case he's glad I did because I could possibly have icp. Since I've been taking the medicine the itching is gone unless I miss some doses.

My doctor tested me for icp and he sent me for two test...one result came back in couple days but that was only to see if my liver was inflamed, he said the one that would tell us if I do have icp would take a couple weeks so because of that and since I'm already 33 weeks he put me on the medication for precaution since the test take a while to come back. Maybe they just checked if your liver was inflamed. It sounds like icp, I would ask them to put you on the medication and another test. Idk how soon you got your results but I think it takes a while.
