I feel i don't want to do this anymore. I can't get out of it Of course but i always feel guilty for not thinking i can get pregnant this soon. What was i thinking?
I feel guilty for not wanting this pregnancy.
I think how many moms out there do it alone. I have a babysitter to help me who only leaves at night still i feel im nut cut out for this

You've got quite a lot going on right now, so it's super important to get as much rest as you possibly can while you've got the babysitter to help.  Nobody expects you to be supermom, so keep in mind that it's okay to be focused on your health right now.
Remember that these moments (whether they're good or bad) won't last forever; 'this too shall pass' is an old saying that helps me keep going when I feel like I'm at my wits end w/ my kids...
Hang in there & get some sleep when you can!

You have 2 year old twins and now you're pregnant again and you have a babysitter for the twins who is there all day long and only leaves at night?

You can do this,  Farah.  You have a full day babysitter to do the mothering for your 2 year olds,  and you can rest all day.

I know im blessed to have the ability to hire a full day babysitter but she is definitely not doing the mothering for me as she is only there to watch one while i handle the other, more like being the dad! Its more of a mental stress i guess

Thank you ladies for your support. Yes, i should stop trying to be a supermom and relax a bit

U r doing fine, every pregnancy is different and your partner is away which adds stress. Just rely on your sitter, take naps when u can and spend time with your kids at night till bedtime. If u can have friends and family help out by taking the twins when they can or cook meals for you so u don't have to prep and cook as much.
You r doing great and everyone is different just bc other pregnant mom's look as though they have it all figured out doesn't mean they do. Do what u can when u can. Keep it up momma it will get better as time goes by and when your support system is back

Awwe hunny I know its hard but it will get better, stay strong. I have a 13 year old and a 2 year old that is all over the place. I'm 6 months pregnant I have no help. I'm on bed rest and I stay sick. We just have to try and stay positive but it does get better.
