Try waking up early and going to walks. That's how I stay energized. When I sleep in and don't start my day active it makes me want more tired.

Obviously no one needs caffeine obviously people drink it because they like it and it helps give you energy. Anemia contributes to low energy but so does pregnancy.

Eat more protein. Eat more veggies. Drink more water. Take a quick walk. You don't need caffeine for energy - it burns out quickly and leaves you feeling more tired than before. Has your iron level been checked lately? Anemia commonly contributes to a feeling of low energy.

I like zipfiz. I get it at Costco in the vitamin/supplement area. Its a powder you can add to water, Gatorade, juice...
In the first two trimesters walking gave me more energy. Not so much anymore:)

I have lost all my energy these last few weeks and honestly, the only thing that helps is forcing myself to get up and do some light exercise. Usually after about five to ten minutes I feel reinvigorated and more energized

Try drinking organic coffee or tea. You can have 200mg of caffeine  a day and that is okay. Redbulls have a lot of nasty additives not good for the baby. Coffee and tea have some good antioxidants and are liver cleansing  at least.
