In a lot of pain

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I'm experiencing a lot of pain on my vagina area. I've had this pain for about a month and and half now but before it was just when I would sleep. It would hurt when I would get up but it would go away. Now it's all the time even when I walk. It's really hard when everyone tells me to walk a lot but it hurts. I'm a first time mom btw. Is it normal?

That's just basically a heat pack. I'd try the pillow in between the legs first and see how that works for you. And if you do the rice sock I wouldn't leave it in that area for more than 10 minutes. To be safe

Idk if I should've done this or if it's safe but I put rice in a sock and heated it up and put it between my legs cause I was having pain there as well... It helped soothe it and didn't hurt as bad anymore I didn't know What to do cause my Dr office has been closed for holidays.

I had it too. Then when I slept I put something in between my legs the whole time I slept and I haven't had it since. It could be that, basically your hips are spreading more getting ready for the baby. That's what it was told and it's worked. I'd try that for a couple of nights and see how it tat works for you.
