Hey ladies
Do any of u ladies get random bruises out of the blue n don't know where they come from ?
I get bruises on my hands a lot lol my bruises are from my iron being low though
Yup...Wake up with bruises here and there with no explanation and just sleeping alone too. When I started mma I always had new bruises so I just stopped noticing lol
I do, i think its because of how crazy i sleep and my side of the bed is against the wall i always wake up because i feel my self hit it but i pass out in a second again lol
