Im 38 weeks 39 in 2 days and i want to know if i could ask or tell my ob to induce me now without having any medical reason . Just so uncomfortable and depressed ! Ik its right to go full 40 so i dont need anyone tellin me that ! Thanks :-)

They wont induce you until a week after your due date

I was induced at 39 weeks with my son. Id just ask your physician and see what they say! Good luck!

You can ask the worst they can tell you is no. My doc was going to induce me a week before my due date just because I wanted to have my baby already and I ended up going into labor naturally the night before I was supposed to be induced and had my son the next morning. Just ask, can't hurt, but I hear that with inducing the contractions are much stronger than normal because of the concentrated hormones.

Really they wont induce til 40 and a half wks im 40 wks and im getting induced Thursday 26th of Jan......try to hang in there i know the feeling ive been very depressed and tired but thats normal to feel that way close to the end cause yoy want it to be over try talking about it meditation or something very relaxing and surround your self with very positive vibes it'll help

My Ob Said He Can induce By 39 Weeks! But every doctors different!

Unless they find like protein
in your urine or they feel something is wrong with the baby
