What are some questions you asked your doctor or wished you asked your doctor on your first prenatal visit? My first appointment is tomorrow.

Good to know! I've just been walking now for exercise but I'm hoping to jump into yoga once I talk to my doctor.

Since you do yoga....... When i have headaches I sit butterfly style and take a few deep breaths. As I exhale lean forward as far as possible and intake and exhale for about 5 breaths. Repeat. Relieves my headaches.

What yoga positions are of limits of actually number one on my list. I do yoga everyday and I'm not sure which ones I can't do.

I have my first visit on the 22nd. I know I want to mention that I was being treated for a UTI when we conceived, just so my doc is aware. I plan on asking about any yoga positions that are "off limits". Um, what symptoms or illnesses, such as fever, warrant giving my doc a call. What over-the-counter drugs are safe for headache and such. Taking my family medical history with me too.

Pretty much anything that was concerning me at the time. What to do about morning sickness. I had spotting at the beginning so I asked about that. What should you avoid doing/eating while pregnant. Umm, any questions you have about sex during pregnancy. How many ultrasounds. What tests do you have to do. I would write a list so you won't forget because you will forget. Lol
