Contractions or Braxton Hicks?? Help
Im a FTM and I can't tell if im having contractions. I've been cramping ever 10-15 mins and I have pain in my back that last about 1-2mins. What should I do?

I'm 33 weeks and 4 days, I just took a warm shower and took Tylenol and they went away. Thanks ladies I was a little scared
I always took a worm shower that would make the Braxton hicks go away and one morning I took my worm Shower and they didn't go away yup I was in labor hope this helps. Btw im on baby#3 and its work for me :)
Through contractions your stomach will really harden up and feel really tight,the pain is much different and more intense than braxton hicks..how many weeks are you?
