Insurance denying to pay

I have a baby January 3rd 2014 and am due with a little boy January 21st 2016. I just got a bill for 400 bucks and the paper says denied for reaccurance. I have top of the line bcbs insurance. Will they only pay for one delivery or should I call and let them know this is a whole new pregnancy.

I also have bcbs. I would call them. It sounds like a mess up because they are covering mine.

It sounds like they didn't pay attention to the dates,  and think they're getting billed for the same thing they already paid.

You'd probably do best to call them.
