Is Labor Near?

I'm having lower back pain with like a burning pain .. I'm gonna be 38 weeks tomarrow .. Does this mean labor is near? What can I do? I'm really really tired & sleepy .. This is my  Second Pregnancy ..

It's not bad to sleep on your stomach it'll just get uncomfortable the farther and bigger you get

I'm having lower sharp back pain with a following pain like that on my left side .. I'm 15 weeks this my first pregnancy but I'm wondering is it because I still sleep on my stomach and sometimes my back ?

I'm on baby number 2 and only 8 weeks. I have the same pains, they are mostly just growing pains but could mean more. I have 2 giant cist on my left ovary which is the cause of most of my pains. I wouldn't think the pain has anything to do with sleeping position.

If its like a sharp stabbing pain sorta that comes and goes like contractions start timing them its back labor.
