Is being low in weight range okay?

Hey guys, I'm a little concerned. When I found out I was pregnant, which was about a week ago, I weighed in at 210, and now I'm at 206. I'm five weeks along (will be six on Monday) and was wondering if it was normal to lose that amount of weight within a week? I eat heartily and it's about every 4 hours that I eat unless I'm sleeping. I did experience my first round of actual vomiting from morning sickness today at 1pm, my sickness seems to hit me then, so I'm still showing pregnancy symptoms. Should I phone my doctor and try to get my appointment moved up? It's on Wednesday the 9th of this coming week.

It's completely normal to lose weight during the first trimester. Especially if you have morning sickness or have a little extra weight at the beginning of yoir pregnancy.

Just be careful about eating too much or feeling like you have to make up for the weight you lost. You only need about an extra 300 calories a day. I gained 50 pounds with my first because I overate. A mistake I've been careful not to make this time.

Its normal. I lost so much weight through out my pregnancy but I started a little overweight its what my Dr said and now I'm at a normal weight. I was at like 210 and now I'm at 186, I keep asking my Dr if that's normal and he says its fine.
