I come from a family that has the tradition to put on a safety pin every single time there's any kind of Eclipse, I personally have never done it lol I don't think it affects the baby.
Each cloture is different. Im mexican and we too believe in the red ribbon except that I believe that God has control of every thing including my little bundle of joy so no red ribbon for me :) and yes if it were bad every country would have the same thought on eclipses
No no and no your baby will be fine .
I have 4 kids and never took heed 2any kind of superstition, and they were all born completely healthy. They have never had any serious issues of any kind. I believe in GOD, and that is all I need!
I heard to wear a safety pin, I think it's ridiculous too. I have faith in God!
Im frm Srilanka..here also pregnant women are not allowed to do any wrk during eclipse..spcially any wrk involving knife and scissors. . Bt today I totally frgt about the eclipse ..I cut vegetable..and didnt stay indoor..was out in the garden..just now I remembered that we had an eclipse today..my hubby is totally mad at me fr frgting it..evn though I dnt blv it 100% im bit scared now
It is absolutely not true!! This is my third pregnancy and iv never done anything like that and my kids are perfectly fine and healthy.I believe and trust in god especially to protect my kids not in a eclipse. And seriously anyone who believes in these "rituals" it's a little silly. Just sayin
well I dont know about the safety pin itself if it's safe your baby but the red ribbon with a safety pin does because in my believes it worked for me
but thats true everybody does what they believe in
Even I wear safety pin 2day.but don't know how it safe our baby?
am Mexican and what we do is wear a red ribbon with a safety pin around our belly the whole pregnancy it helps prevent any effects to the unborn baby I wore it for my 2 pregnancy and I am doing for this one as well and my baby are perfectly fine I don't take it off for nothing I shower with it
Ur right, 1 can only understand their traditions very well. But I thought pregnancy is universal so I wonder if eclipse effects Indian so it may effect d world women. They should also take precautions? Just a doubt which I wanna clear. 2day v had eclipse 4 3 and a half hour n my back really got numb by lying 4 hours.
I'm not sure if they are followed anywhere else but it sounds like it's an important part of your culture. :) In my culture (Native American) we're doing a lot of rituals that coincide with the shifting of earth 's axis recently. Nobody can tell you if your traditions are right or wrong and nobody understands them like you do.
It does affect the baby, that's why I wear a safety pin in my underwear to protect the baby
No it wont effect baby, its just all superstition dont worry
