I want to soak in the hot tub so bad but im afraid it's going to harm my baby. Any experience? Is it ok?

My first appointment my OB said absolutely no hot tubs sanuas tanning beds as it can heat up and fry the baby that's what I was told

I sat in a natural hot springs when I was 5 months along. I just made sure I did not get to hot.

Sry i meant drop not rise hun..and you should ask your doctor. Just telling you what ive been told by my OB.

It's definetly safe as long as you feel good! And blood pressure lowers in warm not rises. I feel very good in steam sauna for about 10minutes, then it's enough for me. It's not harmful!

My doctor told me it was completely safe to sit in one after your first trimester but only for about 15 minutes.

Oh also...ive sat in a hot tub before during pregnancy, and got too hot to the point i almost passed out and this is what my OB told me. Not saying it will happen to u but its just not safe.

Its definitely not recommended during pregnancy. Our blood pressure can rise very quickly as our bodies get overheated causing us to pass out. It can also affect fetal development if u get too hot. No hot tubs for us unfortunately. Take care.
