Just a few discomforts, anyone else?

TMJ - I had it before my pregnancy, for years actually. But it has gotten worse with pregnancy. I mean painful in the mornings and super painful when I bite down wrong and my jaw pops out and in really quickly once I bite down. Anyone else having this problem? It's within the jaw, where it connects.

Pelvis pain and bum pain - when I try to move something with my foot, like kick something to close it or move it somewhere else, I get pain and pressure in my areas. Has anyone else experienced this?

Getting up and down I also feel a lot of pain and pressure in my areas as well.

I have had TMJ since I was 16. I went through the day mouth guard and then to the night. Now I only need my guard when I get stressed out that I clench my jaw while sleeping.  The guards are nice and do make a difference.  I was also given muscle relaxers for it in the beginning.

I have used lavender oil on my tmj. I have also had to have a tooth pulled (wisdom tooth) and used a combination of lavender and clove to help the pain.

Mine has only been giving me an issue during pregnancy for the last two weeks. Before that I have not had any issues that weren't "normal" tmj issues for me. I would say at about 37 weeks it started acting up.

I never told the dentist which I should... but Yes it hurts so bad when it gets stuck.  Mine hasn't been that bad lately though.

Yes, that is tmj. A few years ago when I had mine looked at the dentist suggested either surgery or a mouth guard while sleeping is the only thing that will help it. I had moments in the last years that I've had it where it bothers me and is painful, but the last two weeks have been bad! At times when I bite down and it's out of place the pain is so sharp and it feels like my ear is bleeding the sensation I get from all the pain. Always an only on my left side.
