I had one too when I pregnant with my first child. When I got pregnant with my second it wasn't even tilted anymore. And I was told it goes the right position when the uterus grows. :)
I used to have a retroverted uterus, not sure if it corrected itself but I fell pregnant the first time we didn't pull out, I read it can be harder to conceive but by week 12 the uterus flips to the position it should be in, then is likely to stay that way after pregnancy too
I have a tilted uterus as well they told me it was common and not to worry might involve a little more back pain in tue beginning but it goes away in the second trimester. I am 38 weeks and haven't had a problem since
I have a retroverted uterus. The only problem I ever had, was conceiving. Didn't gave any problems during pregnancy :)
