Just wondering?

Is anyone in college that is pregnant? If so how hard is it to handle? And what is your life like now that the baby is here? And do you think you will be able to continue school and go to school next year?

I am currently enrolled in another quarter of college. It was hard in my first trimester since I was always tired, had morning sickness the whole first 3 months and just didn't feel well. Now I am in my third trimester back in school and its even harder than before, at least for me. I get so tired of sitting for so long, my feet swell and my back hurts really bad. Its hard to stay concentrated but I am managing! Sacrificing all of that pain for a better future for my son is all worthwhile and is what keeps me going. Just keep up the good work, its hard but not impossible.

I found out towards the end of a semester and decided to take a year off to prepare and adjust. I'll probably try to finish as much as I can online. However, with a culinary major that is proving to be pretty difficult :c good luck!

I went to school during my first trimester and I was tired a lot but I pushed through. I took a semester off since I was in my third trimester and then had my baby in November.  I started back in January when he was 2 months  and finished up when my son was 1.5. It was hard but I had a good friend watch him while in class and then I studied while he slept or played by me. Good luck!

I'm 33 weeks and in college along with working 2 jobs and it's tough! It's not impossible but it's definitely exhausting. I'm planning on going back next semester but I have a lot of family willing to help out, otherwise I'm not sure what I'd do.

Where are you going to school? Do they have online classes as an option? It is challenging as your kids get older but when they sleep so much it wasn't that bad. As far as pregnancy it was easy online. It would be more interesting on campus though because of all the walking if you are sick. Depending on campus size of course

I was in college with my first son working on my undergraduate degree seven years ago. I only too one semester off when I was 8 months because I knew I would have him during the middle of the semester. I resumed my last year of school when my son turned 5 months. It was not easy but my husband was very supportive and wanted me to finish. Currently I am finishing my last class in my MPA program while working as a Social Worker full-time and it has be tough, but I will be done before my son is born. It is harder pursuing a Master's degree than an Undergraduate degree. It can be done as long as you are motivated. Good luck with your decision.

Fortunately most of my college aligned with my second trimester, so u was lucky with that. It was the first trimester that was hard and idk if I could do the third trimester in college due to the same issue of fatigue. I can say that being in college for a lot of it made my pregnancy go by so fast!

I was in college for the first half of my pregnancy, I found out I was pregnant Jan 1 and graduated in May. So I don't have to go back. Being pregnant in college is hard because the first trimester you are so tired and may be sick. I didn't have any sickness, and I never missed classes no matter how tired I was. So if you're dedicated you can do it just fine but I won't lie it's hard especially without caffeine,  a college student's best friend. After having him I don't think I would be able to go back right away, it's too much. But that doesn't mean you cant, I just wouldn't want to add that stress. Hiwever, maybe a semester or a year later it would be totally doable with good baby sitters. My mom finished school after having a baby, so it can be done!
