Labour and Delivery Anxiety

Ladies..I am FTM and I know each birth is different but I am extremely nervous and anxious about my labour and birth experience..Any tips on how to relax and what should i definitely expect? I will be having an all natural birth with no medical pain management systems and I am about 30 weeks in... I am really freaking out and want to have a great birth experience. Not so sure if my pain threshold will let me..Help

Most importantly is to go in with your mind set on having all natural. Remember to use labour methods to help with contractions. Bring a birthing/exercise  ball to use, see if your hospital  has a shower or tub to use and keep mobile can all help with contractions....even your play your favourite music

Hi this is my first pregnancy too and I am going on 29 weeks with the same anxiety feeling about labor and delivery. I've just been giving it to God in prayer and declaring I will have a smooth experience with no complications for me or baby. I've also been coming against the spirit of fear bc God has not given us the spirit of fear but of power love and a sound mind. We will be just fine!
