Been having horrible cramps in the sides and front of my shins, not charley horses in the back, but ones you can really rub out of walk off. They happen overnight, every hour and a half or so, and just have to be patient and let them work themselves out. I've been dealing with this for a month now! I miss sleep. :-( tried all the home remedies. Been scanned for clots twice. Anyone else experiencing these that might have a suggestion on things to try? Bananas, extra water, heated blankets, stretches, all aren't making a difference.

I get them in my calf about 2 times every night, I've tried everything like eating bananas, heat blankets, but I don't think there's anything you can really do about it. Sometimes I notice that when I sleep with socks on I get them about 3 times a week, you can try that. I hope you feel better
