Loosing weight after baby!

I was wondering if anyone has tried replacing meals with fruit-vegtable shakes you've made yourselfs?! I have been reading about it and thinking of doing that after I deliver my baby in march!

I breastfed my daughter for two months and lost 30lbs a healthy diet consisting fruits and vegetables and whole grains and breastfeeding helped me to loose all that weight

Breastfeeding definitely helps you lose weight faster.

I didn't breast feed with my first daughter and depending on the baby and me this time I don't know if I will be this time either! Did it help you loose weight at all?!

I didn't change my diet after my first baby at all. Breastfeeding actually made me super hungry and I ate more for awhile. I lost my weight quickly. My hips took awhile (months) to go back to the same size, but that was the only reason I couldn't wear my jeans, not because of baby weight. So if you plan on breastfeeding, it will use up your baby weight very efficiently! That's what your body was packing it on for in the first place. :)

You can actually gain weight that way at first and then your body will go into starvation mode. You are better off eating actual meals that are healthy, especially if nursing.
Cut back on sugars and "white" food like white bread, rice and potatoes.

Depends if your breastfeeding or not
