Losing weight

I'm 18 years old and almost 13 weeks pregnant, and so far i have lost 6 pounds. I've only thrown up maybe 2 or 3 times since I've gotte help and I eat ALL the time! I also get dizzy/lightheaded a lot. I feel tired and weak all day. I go to the doctor Wednesday but I'd like to have some sort of answer before then. Does this sound like gestational diabetes or anemia? Please help!

I'm also 18 years old and am 18 weeks. I have lost 7lbs. It depends on your pre pregnancy weight. If you were underweight or average the dr might be a little concerned. I was slightly overweight before I got pregnant so the dr isn't too worries about it for me.  It happens sometimes in the first trimester to lose weight because of morning sickness and nausea.
