Losing weight

I am at week 10, and instead of the morning sickness getting better, it's getting worse. I went from massive fruit cravings, to eating pancakes now and then, to eating portions about half a sandwhich, and now, I can barely eat a piece of toast. I was drinking ensure to make up for what I havn't been eating, but now I can't stomach even that. I feel so hungry and everytime I try to eat, my stomach screams in pain at me and I usually end up throwing it up. This has been going on for 6 weeks now. I can no longer eat crackers, Zofran doesn't work in the least, and I havn't been able to take my prenatals for 2 weeks. On top of that, instead of gaining weight, I have lost 15lbs. Granted I was 50lbs overweight to start, but I don't know if losing weight like this, bout 2-3lbs a week, is healthy while I'm pregnant. I feel sick all the time, and I can barely get around my own home. I try to go for a short walk or a trip for some groceries, and I nearly end up both vomiting and passing out.
I don't know what to do at this point. My insurance is down because of technical difficulties, so I can't see a doctor. Some just say to wait for the 2nd trimester. But I have my son, and I feel bad I can hardly do anything with him. Whatever advice you can give would help, thanks.

It's funny, but I love bananas and the baby hates them, so I get nauseous wenever I try to eat them. On a good note I am now 29 weeks and the morning sickness ended around week 22. Yeah, it took forever but now (according to doctors) my weight gain is back on track.
Occassional nausea comes and goes, but for the most part I can eat normally again, except things that baby says absolutely no to like bananas @_@

Thanks for the advice ^_^

Hello, I am only 8 weeks along but I have been experiencing the worst morning (all day) sickness. Some days arnt too bad, but others I cant even get out of bed. Some days I cannot even eat. Nothing works. My Doctor gave me anti nausea pills... and I have friends who have had luck with the... however for me they are no good. I Have lost about 10 pounds so far. My friends is about 5 days ahead of me in her pregnancy and she is experiencing the same thing. Even the smell of her dishwasher has made her vomit. Make sure you are staying hydrated. I was told that if the prenatal vitamins are making you sick.. just opt for a folic acid supplements for now until you can handle the prenatals. Also ìts quite commen to loose weight in tge first trimester.. dont worry you will gain it back quickly in the second trimester. I hope some of this can ease your mind... some ppl are sick for a long time, it varys frome person to person.
