Losing weight

I'm almost 19 weeks. I've lost quite a bit of weight during the pregnancy. Around 23 pounds actually. I'm starting to worry the baby will be malnourished. I'm trying to eat more but I get sick. Still haven't felt movement either.

With my 1st pregnancy i was exactly the same,i couldnt keep anything down  for the entire pregnancy and i barely even had a bump at a 9 months and i am a small frame but my baby was born 8lb 6oz..i dont even know where she was hiding lol i was so worried and convinced my baby would be born skin and bone...my doctor told me not to worry as baby will take basically all the good from mums during pregnancy and told me to just make sure i was drinking plenty coz fluids are most important....are you taking a pre natal vitamin? You should raise your concerns with your doctor too just to get reassurance from him and ger checked over for peace of mind for yourself that pregnancy is progressing ok
