I've had it too. Mine hurts more on one side than the other but both are pretty sore. I use a heat pad a lot. I'm going to be getting a massage at some point too, if I can ever find the time. Both are supposed to help. I've heard a chiropractor is really helpful too. Try that. A readjustment can to wonders for realignment and the way that you're carrying. Just make sure you tell them how far along you are.
Don't sleep on your back
It will give you a lot of back lower or upper pain
I keep getting back pain on the top right side, I don't sleep on my back and I'm 32 weeks today
