Low lying placenta

Im in 14 weeks, yesterdey i had a little drop blood on my underwear i went to dr immediately.
He told me a partial placenta is lying down and o need to take care and to rest.
Does/did someone had the same problem, is placenta moving up with time?
Im so concern, and really dont know what to do?

Yes, I had the same problem but I was bleeding like I had my period. I went straight to the hospital and I was told the same thing(placenta was lying very low) but now I'm about 31 weeks and with time my placenta moves up and I haven't had any other problems. You should definitely rest and be careful. You will be ok.

I dont work im home but i have a toddler(21 months)home with me.
And what do you mean to rest exactly is it a bad rest or just i need to be more carefull?
Could you give me some examples what i should do and shouldnt?

Take your time with any activity you do. And rest as much as possible example: when the little one takes a nap you do the same or rest in your recliner. Be careful in lifting anything and moving at a pace that's comfortable for you.
