don't want meat..

Okay I just now started getting morning sickness but I don't want to eat any meat. Just the though of it makes me nauseous... I want to eat fruit all the time and nothing else. But if I do that I'm not getting any protein at all... any suggestions on what I should do?

All I wanted to eat for a while was fruit and cheese. I couldn't stand any sort of protein, no chkcken, fish or red meat. I started eating nuts like cashews, peanuts and pistachios. Those have protein in them so it will give you something. Or try making a berry smoothie and put some protein powder that is safe during pregnancy in it.

Same here I couldn't handle any meat at first and I'm a chef and had to continue cooking it at work.. it was rough.... I tried to eat things with meat in it and not concentrate while eating it... like spaghetti. ... mentally trick myself into getting some protein... lol

I noticed I could eat it if I didn't cook it our smell it being cooked. Also easy other forms of protein to help during the morning sickness and lack off meat. I hope it gets better soon.
