Makena
Has any of you mom's used Makena? What was your experience?
I am currently on them now once a week. I haven't had any side effects and will continue the shot until 36 weeks.
I took 17 hydroxyprogesterone with my son, but they can no longer mix the compound. It has to be the Makena now. I'm 22 wks and start Monday, my insurance took forever to approve. I was reading some risks of miscarriage and stillborn. Kinda scary.

I haven't heard those side effects but I have two left and so far so good for me.
I'm currently doing the Makena injections once a week. I started them at 16 weeks.
