Not too sure if massage is a good idea but someone I know who was pregnant and received a shoulder massage bleed right after. Not too sure if she had a miscarriage though.
So ladies it is safe to get a prenatal massage? I was going to book one but they had a waiver I had to sign with so many bad things that could happen ai got freaked out and never scheduled it. I could really use one. Hubby always falls asleep giving me one lol.
Thanks guys, I'll try somewhere else :)
Yeh I'd say she was inexperienced too. I had a massage a few weeks ago, it was amazing and I felt really relaxed afterwards. Sorry it didn't help you this time, maybe try somewhere different? Is there anyone you know that can recommend someone? Best wishes :)
No, mine have been great. You of course have to have a prenatal massage but all that means is for them to avoid certain pressure points. She probably wasn't experienced.
