Every two hours for the first four months. Now I eat about every 3 or 4 hours. Smaller portions than pre pregnancy since overeating makes me feel bad. Loads of eggs, fruit, veggies and dairy. (First trimester was all about the carbs though.)
Lots! Every 2 hours I eat something. I have to eat small meals. With my first one I was working full time and I had to bring a shopping bag of food to work with me daily! The girls laughed at my stash at the office. I try to eat an egg or two every day and keep the protein up. Also tons of fruits/veggies daily. TG I'm not craving bacon this time. That was a stinky craving last time.
