Morning Sickeness Suddenly Gone?

I'm about 8 weeks,  this last week I had terrible morning sickness throughout the days. Along with extreme breast tenderness.  However,  the last three days I've felt pretty good. No puking and the tenderness is significantly reduced. I'm 21 and this is my 1st pregnancy.  Is this typically normal to have spells from the sickness?

Morning sickness can come and go. I wouldn't stress too much about it. Just eat healthy and get as much nutrients in for both of you

Thank you,  that gives me a bit of releif. Miscarrigages happen alot in my family so i I'm a bit extra nervous

Try getting more healthy calories in if they occur quite a bit in the family. Male embryos will take in more calories than female so it'd be a good idea to have an increase early on.

Morning sickness came and went for me. Sometimes a few days or longer then stopped around 14 weeks.
