******* pops! They're like $5 at baby's r us.. also as much as you don't wanna eat. . Eat something heavy like peanut butter toast. It will help your stomach. Ritz crackers too. I Don't Like saltines.. So Ritz was good for me. That's what works for me.. I started my ms at 7 weeks... I'm 24 weeks & I STILL have ms every day :( hopefully yours doesn't last as long!
Keep food on your stomach. An empty stomach will make it worse. I always keep crackers with me. Stay hydrated. Peppermint and ginger both help to settle your stomach.
