Morning sickness

Morning sickness is kicking my butt but I really don't want to take any pills or medication for it. Does anyone know natural ways to ease morning sickness?

I had terrible morning sickness with my first born boy and was prescribed vitamin B6 and a whole bunch of other pills but I got fed up of taking them and found that sucking on peppermint mints helped a lot. I am currently 21 weeks pregnant with a girl. My second pregnancy.

Start off with breakfast in the morning with a whole wheat bagel or whole wheat toast. I found that eating more whole wheat helped with my nausea & dizziness. Also saltine crackers worked wonders for my nausea. I felt very sick up until now. I am 8 weeks pregnant & I'm 40 years old. My symptoms have gone away other then my breasts being sore. This is baby #5 for me. All of my other pregnancies I had sickness throughout my first trimester. Seems weird not to feel sick anymore but I've read others posts & some are not having any symptoms either.

Eat small but dry foods throughout the day... like half a dry toast, rice, rice cakes etc. Also drink plenty of water. Depending on how major it will affect u as everyone handles to hormones differently. It lasted from 6weeks till 13weeks in my last pregnancy

My doctor prescribed me vitamin b6 to combat nausea. It is in pill form, but it's a vitamin so it's different. You could always get them over the counter too, but I'd recommend checking with your doctor for the proper dosage. Also, eating dry toast or saltine crackers before you get out of bed in the morning as well as staying hydrated and eating small meals throughout the day helps. Hope this helps!
