Breakfast. Lunch. Dinner. Snacks.

I'm 8 weeks... Trying my best to manage nausea. What do you eat? Any breathing techniques or exercises that have helped?

I have to eat every two to three hours. Cold foods seem to settle easier for me. I'll snack on cereal before I get out of bed.

Eat lots of small, snack sized meals instead of three meals. Keeping food in your stomach helps to keep the nausea at bay. Peppermint and ginger will also help.
