I got a serious question i love to give my wife oral but i heard that saliva kills sperm cells but she might be pregnant we dont no yet but does anyone no if that is true or false does saliva kill sperm cells

Just don't blow in her vagina especially if there is a possibility that she is pregnant. It could cause a lot of problems and hurt mom and baby
You are fine. Even if saliva did kill sperm cells it would be virtually impossible for you to get it far enough in there to even effect the sperm or egg. I have also never heard that oral sex is any problem during pregnancy. If your really worried ask her ob/gyn but honestly I think you are fine. Enjoy!
