My back is killing me
Hi guys. I am experiencing severe back pains. Was wonderig if itz okay to rub 'moov rapid relief jel or deep heat' on my back?
I've been told by my doc, heating pads and tiger balm.
Heating pads are safe
I don't think they are advisable to use when pregnant, but please don't take that as gospel. I do know that some massage oils that contain similar ingredients to deep heat are not allowed to be used on pregnant
