And I meant to say if it was due to stress, the hair is likely to stop falling out and will regrow.
Is it actually falling out in clumps, or is it just thinning? I think those two are very different things.
So, do you have clumps of bald places and clumps where your hair still has pretty normal thickness?
If not - if your hair is thinning pretty evenly it's probably stress. The follicle replacement cycle takes about 3 months.
If you suddenly notice you're losing a LOT of hair, evenly, it's likely due to an illness or severe stress that happened 3 months prior.
U might try not putting it up. Mine falls out worse if I keep it n a pony tail.
I have the same issue ;c My hair used to be really thick and now it's pretty thin. And it could be your hormone changes in the body. Hopefully our hair grows back!
