Hi this is my first pregnancy im 5 weeks and some days my u/s is today I'm just scared will I be able to see anything?

How adorable you I'll be Abel to see a little egg well it looks like a one small egg to me I remember when I was 5 weeks and and it was a lil dot but bring me so much joy even though it was so tiny, congratulations you have a long way to go

We didnt get first ultrasound till week 19

If you are in your fifth week counted from the first day of your last period (in other words, the way doctors count it) you probably won't see a lot.  If you're five weeks from when you assume conception was, you should be able to see the embryo.  (That would be what doctors call 7 weeks 'pregnant.')  My doctor would not do ultrasounds in the fifth week from the first day of the period, because he said not much can be seen and everyone freaks out.
