My hygienist recommended I use act fluoridated mouthwash after vomiting to stop the acid. Get to the dentist asap.  After my first I had several cavities, so much pain, and had to have a root canal through an existing crown.  It was awful but at least I could take ibuprofen after baby was born.

Stomach acid breaks down your teeth so it's probably from you throwing up so muc.

I just got my wisdom tooth pulled yesterday because I was in agonizing pain 2 nights ago! Your teeth tend to get affected when pregnant.
