You can try peppermint oil. Rubbing it on your stomach. Or you can use peppermint/Ginger tablets. You can pick them up lots of places. And they really help easy nausea

This is my fifth pregnancy. I had a miscarriage at the beginning of this year. It was said that I may have suffered two, but I am unsure. However, our rainbow baby is due on April Fool's Day in 2018. I take diclegis. Be very careful with Zofran or Phenergen. I'll let you look up why. Peppermints help. Mine is very bad and if yours is like mine, I don't know what to tell you to do. Sometimes my nausea medicine doesn't even help.

Try to eat small amounts frequently throughout the day. Nausea gets worse if your stomach is empty.

I used Gin-gin candies to suck on or ginger tea helped me a lot. Otherwise snacking often- even though I didn't have an appitite.

Hi, congratulations! I suggest natural remedy. Please cut a lemon and smell the same which reduces ur nausea, even lemon essence r eating some lime candies can help. Cold items like ice creams also helps avoid nausea. Anytime ensure u are not empty stomach for long hrs which triggers nausea. Hope this helps... all the best!

What is sea bands?
They are acupuncture bands you can get in most drug stores and in pharmacy section of most stores.  I had horrible nausea with my first pregnancy and someone told me to try these for my second.

A drop of a good quality peppermint essential oil in a glass of water.
Don't drink it quickly, just sip and you will feel the nausea melt away.
I swear, I've been sick all day and just did it an hour ago.  I feel so much better!

Eat small meals throughout the day and no fluids while eating. Also, are you taking a prenatal? If so, that can make you feel ill also. I take mine right before bed so I don't suffer as bad.
