Okay y'all I fear I'm about to be taken to court for rights to see my daughter (her father is taking me to court) he is still living with his parents, has never bought anything but a bag of used clothes for the baby, has a job but doesn't spend money on her, doesn't believe she is his, and a lot more what can I do to insure he doesn't get to see her without me being present?

I mean if he hasn't done any kind of harm to her he has rights unfortunately. My aunt went through this and it started with them meeting up and him spending time with my neice while my aunt was there and slowly progressed to her taking her for a few hours then half day the full day then over night and so on. I say if he wants to see jer okay but put him on child support. If he wants to see her give him a chance not for him but for your daughter you know? If you don't like what you see let the court know.
