Nesting as sign of labor

What do you guys think- is nesting a sign of impending labor in the next few weeks or days?
Or just another tale?
What are your experiences with nesting and how far away labor was? :)

Just out of curiosity!

This is my 3rd pregnancy and I've never felt so tired. And the nauseous feeling doesn't go aaway. I wake up feeling horrible. It seems like when ever I eat something it goes away. But I'm not trying to eat every second of the day. What can I do?

I wouldn't say nesting is, but when you get an abnormally high amount of energy to clean or whatever, labor is usually a day or two away. That's what I've heard and experienced. We had moved to a new place less than a month before I had my daughter. There had been holes dug by the previous tenants dogs, and I had asked my husband to fill them in numerous times. We'll the morning of my baby shower after my husband left for work, I was cleanings the house before the guests arrived. Well I knew the dog would need to go outside so I decided to rake up the dog messes and when I was done doing that, the holes were telling me to fill them in. So here I was nearly 37 weeks pregnant digging in the backyard filling in holes!I went into labor the next day after having contractions all day during my baby shower.

Not always, with my first I started nesting around 36 weeks and didn't go into labor until 39+5 weeks. With this pregnancy I started nesting at 31 weeks and I'm only 32 weeks now so I hope labor isn't too soon
