Should I feel bad for having another baby wen my kids are 4 and 10
Lai, that's really not enough information. Are you able to take care of your first two and have enough money/resources to take care of a third as well?
Did the third child bring with it a man into the home who treats the first two badly?
If you're well able to take care of your first two, and your children's home situation/adults they have to deal with hasn't been negatively impacted by the new baby, I don't see how you should feel guilty.
