Nightmares

Everything I have been having strange, morbid nightmares. I wake up constantly from them. Anybody else? I wish they would stop.

With my first... I had dreams like walking down the street, pushing my baby & someone would walk up and take my baby!!! I couldn't move could scream.. horrible!!  With my second,  I had dreams the night before getting induced and I gave birth and my baby died,  the dream kept repeating it's self at that moment over and over, would wake up sweating,  throwing up, .. horrible!!!  Haven't had any yet. But... it's normal.  Hormones,  fears, things you don't think about during the day, but are stuck in your mind. Once you sleep there they are!!

Yea i think its the hormones and stress to be honest.. it happened to me a lot! I would dream of the most evil stuff and it would terrify me thinking something was wrong.. just try to relax take warms baths before bed try to go to bed thinking good thoughts.. stay positive and dont let these night terrors get to you.. prayer always helped me :)
