I lay in the window for 20 mins to catch some sun,
(when it's sunny of course) it feels good and help me feel a little better

Me too! I'm definitely sick of winter. So is my toddler. He is autistic too so I try so hard to keep him busy to keep him from getting depressed and regressing. Winter blues for sure!

Thanks ladies i will definitely try all your advices. Plus i think I have the winter blues lol. Haven't been able to get out because of the negative temperatures outside and all the snow we got. Can't wait till spring so I can be outside more and go for walks.

I suffered with this from week 25-30. Luckily I have my energy back, for now anyways. I assume it's from baby growth spurts because I'm usually a little hungrier as well as fatigued. To improve energy I added a calcium supplement to my daily prenatal and I eat a large variety of fruit. My diet consists of fruit,
spinach (as a daily salad) Unsalted almonds, a hard boiled egg daily and some sort of veggie and lean protein for dinner. I also like peanut butter on a spoon through out the day. I noticed by cutting out bread pasta and rice most of the time, helped me regain energy and feel less bloated. Also I try not to consume more then 2300 calories a day, as that is my daily need through this last trimester. I also drink a v8 energy juice beverage in the afternoon to help with my second wind. This is what works for me, maybe it can work for you? Your calorie needs may be different from mine though

Im 33 weeks and i feel the same. This week ive made myself get up before work and go on my eliptical. It helps wake me up and knowing i dont have to do it after work is a huge bonus lol. I try to go to sleep early and eat snacks throughout the day..i wish there was an easy cure lol
