counting movement

I'm about to turn 30 weeks on tues and was told by my doctor to count my baby's movement since 2 weeks ago but I really haven't since my little one moves a lot ! The last 2 days though she hasn't been moving as much or as hard. I can barely feel her but she is moving a bit. I know they have lazy days and I'm a first time mom and don't want to call or go to labor and delivery and they think I'm crazy so should I be worry or is this normal ?

She's moving more now. I had Orange juice but not as hard. I guess is just another lazy day. I called and was told that if she moves its fine just wondering why sometimes I feel her a lot harder like she will literally kick me and make me move and some days are soft moves

Any reduced movements need to be checked out, I assure you they will not think your crazy. It is what they are there for. I went to l&d last night for reduced movements, I am also 30 weeks, I knew from the moment I woke up yesterday that her movements were less but I hung out for a few hours and went in last night. They monitored her heartbeat and nd thankfully everything is fine. The midwife told me I did the right thing as being checked is the only way to know for sure and also told me to come back if ever it happens again.
Never wait it out because your worried they will think your crazy, only ypu knows your babies regular movements. Better to be safe than sorry.
