Don't worry. Try to spice things up in the bedroom. Wear some sexy lingerie that looks flattering on you or offer to give him a sensual massage. Even trying different positions that won't make your tummy get in the way could help. But honestly... when baby comes you'll be back to your old self in no time. You don't have long to go anyway! :) goodluck and all the best xx
Have you heard of the five languages of love book? It's based around people giving and receiving love in five different ways. Through words of affirmation, acts of service, quality time, receiving gifts, physical touch. Most of us try and love our partner the way we want to be loved which isn't always how they would like to be loved.
For example, quality time and physical touch are important to me but my partner likes acts of service and receiving gifts!
You seem to be focused on physical touch but maybe your partner prefers to be loved in a different way? You could tell him what a good job he's doing at getting ready to be a dad, make him his favourite dinner, spend time involving yourself in something he likes to do, make or buy a little gift you know he'd appreciate (my partner likes food presents!) Or you could try physical touch in a different way - kissing, cuddling, massage etc?
Whatever you do, try and work on it before baby comes as things will only be more difficult once baby is here. And try to remember to make time for you and your partner after the baby comes. It will be hard but pencil it in and stick to it. Relationships can be so fragile under the strain of a newborn.
Best of luck and always remember that you are beautiful! X
