Not pregnancy related.. but not sure.

I was born and raised in FL. Just last may i moved to NY. I got my drivers license and changed my mailing address.   In December/January my bf wants to move back, and if we do i would like to start college classes. So my question is, would i be considered out of state student or in state because ive been gone less then a year?

I would really like to start as soon as possible but i dont have money for out of state tuition.. so im just wondering if anyone knows anything about it?

Once you change your driver's license it changes your residency. Gotta be residing in a state for 30 days min to be considered a resident of state.
