can I bend??

I work at a paint shop... And I do I lot of bending to pick stuff up.... Can bending too much or too far over affect my baby????

Only if you don't use proper body mechanics although that would hurt you even if you weren't pregnant. I'm sure after you start to get bigger it will become more uncomfortable and complicated for you to do so and probably will hurt yourself as the belly tends to throw off equilibrium which is why women waddle after getting to a certain size i'd talk to my job about it after a while

Try not to bend much or lift too much weight, when you lift something use your legs not your back because it can affect your baby. What i do is kinda squat down not all the way and pick up what i need.
