Thank you ladies for your feed back. We are opting out of the test due to the risks. And in our eyes we will love this baby either way.

Not to worry. The screening has lots of false positives. My sister was prepared to have a down syndrome baby and she was born perfect. The screens are not the sure thing only the amniocentesis test. Don't get worked up about it yet. I opted out of the test due to such nerve  racking ranges of numbers

Oh you poor darling. That's a worry. I don't know much about the fold but I do teach special needs and would just like to say that the kids with Down's are amazing. They're so loving and my favourite to teach. It's a scary and overwhelming thing for you to go through but regardless of the outcome, your baby will be a special little light in your life. Sending good vibes your way!
