okay my wisdom tooth is killing me it has a hole in it and very painful will they pull it...it feel like its on a nerve....

Ask your dentist. I believe they normally break them up and cut wisdom teeth out rather than pulling since they are so large and deep and far back. I know they put me under general anaesthesia to take mine out. Not sure if they can do it while you are awake? And not sure how complicated that would become with pregnancy.

Do a salt and hot water (depending on how hot you can take it) rinse. I worked for me.. Good luck

I attempted to have mine pulled,  started the procedure and couldn't finish because I was maxed on the novocaine before she could start working on the actual tooth and could feel EVERYTHING. That was at 13wks.

I was given antibiotics and have to wait until after baby is born. If it flares up before due date I'll be back on antibiotics. What I didn't know before she started is that the novocaine used on pregnant women is different and she told me she's had just a handful of patients who had my same experience so she's contemplating informing/advising her pregnant patients differently.

I forgot to mention I found out all 4 are impacted after I became pregnant; one has broken halfway through gum and is growing sideways,  which is the one we tried to extract. It's oral surgery,  she cut the gum open to expose it.

I had mine removed at 19 weeks... but before i removed it i had go er almost every single day night... ofco they dont do anything ..since im pregnant that hurt me cuz ill rather die move baby out cuz my pain almost make me want kill my self since no one helping me!!!  medicine dont do anything ... we r talking about wisdom toothh soo painful .. so i had it to go special women care hospital i was crying to death to help me as soonest they num my tooth i just want huggg jump on docter to release my pain ill still thank him tell today ... he did xray.. i could not believe HOW BIG IT WAS MY WISDOM TOOTH WAS really BIGGG ON SIDEE DOCTER TOOK IT OFF BUT IT TOOK 2HRSS I DIDNT CARE HOW LONG BUT AS LONG AS HE WAS WORKING ON IT I KNEW HE WAS going HELP ME... THANK GOD

Sounds like you may have an infection as well.   If they can see it maybe they can pull just pull it?
